Message frequency varies by matter. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of legal services. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

This SMS checkbox is separate from general terms or privacy acceptance, unchecked by default, and applies only to the person submitting the form as the primary contact. A submitter cannot opt in another or secondary contact.

Other direct opt-in paths

A recipient may sign the same disclosure on a paper or e-signature retainer, intake, or communication authorization form. Staff record the consent source and timestamp in Ready Text before messaging.

Only a recipient who previously opted out may text START or YES to the firm-assigned Ready Text sender to opt back in. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL opts out; HELP or INFO returns help instructions.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers that operate the Ready Text SMS program (such as messaging carriers and platform vendors), solely to deliver, support, and secure the requested messages; those providers may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
